28-DAY SOUL COACHING PROGRAM

 Join me on a spiritual journey that is divided into four one-week sessions. Each week is dedicated to one of the four elements; Air (mental), Water (emotional), Fire (spiritual), and Earth (physical)…for our lives are tied in a mysterious way to the elements of nature. By clearing and activating the elements within us – through daily exercises – we also clear blockages and limitations from our lives so we can here the secret messages from our soul. It is a total inner and outer clutter clearing of your life. This program can be done in person (a group setting for support) or online via e-mail and conference call support. Six sessions are required as we finish with an exciting Vision Quest.
 What will you gain? A new you! Our weekly sessions will be filled with stories, crafts, sharing, music and a guided visualization. As your Soul Coach® I will give you weekly assignments and daily audios. Our weekly sessions will be a follow up from the previous week. There are six sessions. Session one is an introduction of the program. Sessions two through five are follow ups on the previous week’s activities. The final session, session six is a conclusion and a vision quest…you have done all this clutter clearing and have uncovered your authentic self…you have made space for something new. What do you want to do now? What does your soul want you to know? What is your vision?

Location: I can facilitate this program at any office, home, or meeting space depending on the number of people. Traveling to Oro Valley, Green Valley, Vail, or Sierra Vista is not a problem, but the fees may change to compensate for loading, travel time, and set up time.
A minimum of 2 people are required for a session to start. A commitment must be made to attend all six sessions to gain the full benefit of the program.
